The Saudi-led coalition uses “Katyusha” to strike residential areas in Yemen

The Arab Coalition led by Saudi Arabia carried out strikes on residential areas of Hodeidah province, Yemen Press reports on July 19.

According to a local source, the coalition forces used “Katyusha” multiple rocket launchers artillery missiles for attacks on Duraihemi district.

The coalition forces also shelled the neighborhood areas of al-Dhabyani, 50 Street and the engineering university in Hodeidah.

Victims or damage have not been reported.

The source added that earlier a girl had been killed by the Saudi forces in al-Jabaliyah area of Tuhaita district.

It should be noted that the parties of the conflict reached the Stockholm agreement in 2018, which obliged them to cease hostilities in the Yemeni province of Hodeidah and withdraw their troops.
