Russia reports seven violations of ceasefire in Syria over 24 hours

Russia reported seven violations of ceasefire over 24 hours in the framework of the Joint Russian-Turkish Commission for Monitoring of Ceasefire in Syria, according to an information bulletin published on the website of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

7 incidents of opening fire were reported in the provinces of Idlib (1 violation), Aleppo (3 violations), and Latakia (3 violations).

The Turkish side reported 1 incident of ceasefire violation in the province of Latakia over the last 24 hours.

The Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides and Refugee Migration Monitoring carried out two humanitarian actions over the last 24 hours. 250 food packages were delivered to each of the villages of Dawadiya (the province of Idlib) and Salihiyah (the province of Deir ez-Zor).

A ceasefire regime is effective in the Idlib de-escalation zone since March 6, 2020.
