Trump is unable to respond to the challenges coming from the US political elites because he is too moderate, said the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist Sergey Kurginyan on June 7 on the air of the Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov TV program on Russia One channel.
“So, he finds himself in a situation where he is completely trapped. And he is a decent, a moderate person. And this is Trump’s nightmare. He cannot call on the majority, who are unhappy with everything that is taking place, to support him. He is afraid of most of his majority, and this is his fatal weakness,” explained Kurginyan.
Former presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama criticized the situation unfolding in the US, emphasized the leader of the Essence of Time. Therefore, Trump is fighting in a clinch with both the democrats and the conservatives. Meanwhile, Trump is constantly accused of dividing America. “If the situation has come to this extreme point and in such a way, then it’s already divided. Why not be daring?” – noted the political scientist.
According to the leader of the Essence of Time, it now becomes crucial whether Trump’s electorate, which believed that he could make “life better”, will react to the situation. Their hopes have entirely collapsed after the coronavirus pandemic and the way US officials responded to it.
“Here’s the point, what we’ve seen so far will seem trivial compare to what is still yet to come before November of this year,” added Sergey Kurginyan.
