The USA policy has resulted in global chaos and humanitarian disasters, according to the report The Record of Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2019 published by China’s State Council on March 13.
According to the report, the USA ignores international norms, it uses sanctions and weapons to reach its goals, and it withdraws from multilateral agreements.
“In order to maintain its hegemony over the world, the United States pursued unilateralism and trampled on the international order and international system,” the document says.
It also notes that the USA undermines the basis of global confidence and cooperation, which results in disturbances and serious humanitarian disasters.
The Rossa Primavera News Agency previously reported that on March 12 the Spokesperson of China’s Foreign Ministry Zhao Lijian said that the coronavirus could be brought to Wuhan from the USA.
