Kurginyan: Kiev’s actions in Lugansk are crimes against humanity

26.11.2019, Moscow.

Heavy airstrikes on Lugansk ordered by the Kiev authorities are crimes against humanity, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on the air of the Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov TV program on the Russia One channel.

Kurginyan said, “We know very well what the genocide of Poles or Jews by the Bandera thugs was, and we want to know why they needed to bomb the absolutely peaceful population in Lugansk using heavy airpower, which was an unprecedented crime against humanity, now in a different era.”

The leader of the Essence of Time movement also noted that any attempts to find ethnocide during the 1930s famine in Ukraine failed, because they have no historical grounds behind them. Meanwhile, the Bandera Nazis and their successors today are champions in genocide second only to the German Nazis.

After the coup d’etat in 2014, politicians supported by pro-fascist forces came to power in Ukraine. Donbass refused to acknowledge the new government, and the new Ukrainian authorities began a punitive military operation against it, which resulted in many victims among civilians. Airstrikes and shelling with heavy artillery have been used during the punitive operation.
