Syrian army artillery continues shelling terrorist positions in eastern Idlib, a source of the Rossa Primavera News Agency reported on September 13.
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) conducted the artillery attack against militant positions near Umm al-Rajeem and al-Fakhil in the eastern Idlib province. The shelling took place during a fire at the enemy’s warehouses and fortifications after a SAA attack.
The West does not leave Damascus’ strong determination to fight terrorists in Idlib without a response.
On September 7, the spokeswoman of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova made a statement about evidence of the terrorists preparing a chemical weapons provocation in Idlib.
“The West has apparently no intention to dissociate itself from the groups that operate in Idlib,” Zakharova said.
Previously, on August 26, the spokesman of the Defense Ministry Major General Igor Konashenkov reported that a provocation was being prepared. He said that the provocation’s goal was to invent a reason for the West to perform a missile attack against the legitimate Syrian government, which was to be blamed for the chemical attack.
