Fire intensity remains high, a number of the towns and villages in the Donetsk People Republic (the DPR) again came under the Ukrainian army’s artillery fire, a source in the Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia (DPR PM) informed a Rossa Primavera News Agency reporter on June 11.
On the Gorlovka segment of the contact line, the Ukrainian army shelled the villages of Zaytsevo, Zhovananka, and Krasny Partizan.
The tensest situation is observed on the Donetsk part of the front. The Ukrainian military shelled the area of the “Yasinovataya” checkpoint and the outskirts of the former Donetsk airport, Yasinovataya, and the village of Spartak. Moreover, the Ukrainian army opened fire on the representatives of the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination, who arrived in the area of the pumping station of the South Donbass water pipeline to register the results of the night shelling. There is no information on the victims among civilians.
On the Mariupol direction, the village of Kominternovo again came under the Ukrainian military’s shelling.
On all directions, the Ukrainian army utilized 152mm and 122mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars, the weapons of the infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers, and small arms.
On June 10, the Ukrainian army violated the ceasefire 61 times. The enemy shelled 23 villages and towns of the Republic. One civilian was injured, and one DPR PM serviceman was seriously wounded by the Ukrainian army’s shelling. 6 houses in the villages of Trudovskiye, Vasilevka, and Sakhanka were damaged.
