Drug intoxicated fighter of the Ukrainian army shot fellow combatants

In the message, Beletsky accused his company commander, who, while in a state of intoxication, had been regularly beating up and humiliating the young man. All complaints to the higher command resulted in new mockeries by Beletsky’s commander, Lieutenant-Colonel Marochko said.
