Situation at the front line escalated

On the Donetsk direction, the intensity of the shelling is sharply increased. The Ukrainian army shelled Yasinovataya, the village of Spartak, and the Kuybyshevsky district of Donetsk. At least 13 houses were damaged or destroyed. 4 civilians were injured. In the north of Donetsk, school was damaged in the Oktyabrysky miscrodistrict. The Ukrainian military opened fire with heavy artillery and tank guns.
The situation at the south direction remains tense. In the village of Tavricheskoye in the Telmanovsky district of DPR, 2 houses were damaged as a result of the Ukrainian army’s shelling. Trench combat continues in the area of Oktyabr, Sakhanka, and Kominternovo in the Novoazovsky district.

We got a parcel from our friends, Dmitry Vladimirovich Toropchanov from Altai Krai sent us medicines. We also received a box of clothes, socks, underwear, trousers, pullovers, and others, from the Center for Special Children the on the town of Zheleznodorojny.

Two years since the death of Sukhar and Alpinist

On March 13th, 2015, 3 servicemen of the “Essence of Time” unit conducted independent reconnaissance at the Ukrainian army’s positions in the area of ventilation shaft of “Butovka” mine. They were noted on their way back. Getting out of the shelling, the group stepped on landmine. The commander, the experienced soldier Denis Sukharev (callsign Sukhar) died at the site. Aleksey Tarasenko (callsign Alpinist), a young guy, the volunteer from Ulan-Ude of the group, accepted a fight despite being severely injured. Leon got a fragment of the explosive device in his forearm. He was trying to pull Alpinist to our positions while shooting back. Aleksey died in Leon’s arms.
