The intensity of shelling of Donetsk People’s Republic is relatively low. Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to violate the ceasefire and reinforce their positions with artillery and armored vehicles.
In the course of the day Ukrainian military fired on Shyrokaya Balka village south-west of Gorlovka.
Krasny Partizan village north of Yasinovataya came under fire. The enemy fired 120mm mortars.
In the south of the Republic Sergeyevka and Oktyabr villages came under Ukrainian army’s fire. 82mm and 120mm mortars were fired.
DPR recon registered the location of 122mm D-30 howitzers and up to a battery of 122mm “Gvozdika” self-propelled artillery guns, a platoon of 120mm mortars and a tank platoon. Up to a battery of D-30 howitzers and up to a battery of “Grad” multiple rocket launchers were registered on Gorlovka direction. Up to a battery of “Grad” multiple rocket launchers were registered on Donetsk direction.
According to updated information, on December 26 Armed Forces of Ukraine opened fire on the territory of the Republic 103 times. According to DPR People’s Militia Command, one serviceman of the Republic was killed.
