At approximately 11:30 Berlin time Ukrainian military shelled hospital №21 in Oktyabrsky village of Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk. A shrapnel shell exploded near a hospital, windows and the front of the building are damaged. A doctor is reportedly injured.
Ministry of Emergency Situations representatives examining the damage done to the building.
Armed Forces of Ukraine also shelled Veseloye village. Private houses were heavily damaged.
