11.11.2016, Donbass.

Non-combat casualties of the Ukrainian army in the zone of Kiev junta’s punitive operation (so-called, “antiterrorist operation” − Editor) are increasing because of the low morale of the soldiers, the spokesperson of the People’s Militia of Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) Major Andrey Marochko informed during a briefing in Lugansk Information Center on November 10. In particular, 3 Kiev junta’s soldiers were killed in a drunken quarrel.

“The Command of the Ukrainian army does not care for its personnel. It focuses on the implementation of the illegal orders of the Ukrainian government,” Marochko noted.

According to our recon, heavy drinking, which is quite common in the units of the 54th Brigade because of low discipline and morale, causes drunken quarrels between the soldiers. Another 3 soldiers of the 1st Battalion were killed as a result of one of such quarrels,” the spokesperson of the LPR People’s Militia specified.

Marochko added that “the internal investigation is underway in the Brigade at the moment”.
