September 15 Essence of Time unit in Donbass report (with map)

Last night, the ceasefire was established along the whole front-line. However, the Ukrainian army tried to break through the positions of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) servicemen a few hours before the establishment of the ceasefire.

The attack was supported by the heavy shelling of the front-line territories. Lesnoy and Sverdlovo villages were left without electricity due to the direct hit into an electrical substation. The ground equipment of Butovskaya and Sheglovskaya-Glubokaya coal mines was damaged by the shelling resulting in almost 300 miners blocked underground. The rescue operation was completed only early in the morning. There is no information about the shelling during this day.

DPR recon spotted 3 tanks, 3 infantry fighting vehicles, and the positions of 2 mortars near occupied Bogdanovka and Berezovoye villages on the Dokuchaevsk direction.

According to the recent data, the enemy fired over 500 shells including 400 artillery shells at the territory of the Republic during the last day. Zaytsevo village, Gorlovka town, Makeevka town, Spartak village and Petrovsky district of Donetsk, Dokuchaevsk town, Kominternovo, Leniskoye and Sakhanka villages in the south of DPR were shelled.
