Our comrades Lom, Texas and Masha last week were invited as guests to celebrate Donbass Liberation Day in the Donetsk school with an unusual title “Korn”. It is a state educational complex, in which healthy children and children suffering from various conditions — Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism — study together.
The children organized a concert on which they sang songs and recited poetry. The memory of warriors, who died fighting in the Great Patriotic War and the current war, was honored by a moment of silence. Lom and Texas made a congratulatory speech, after which children gave theme flowers.
The director, Valentina Aleksandrovna, gave the guests a tour around the school and showed a museum room, in which the items of two wars — Great Patriotic War and the war that is happening now — are exhibited. The administration of the school invests a lot of effort in the patriotic education of the younger generation.
