Ukrainian punitive forces doubled the number of shelling of Donetsk People’s Republic territory as compared to the two previous days. Seven towns and villages were under fire.
During the day Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the checkpoint area in Zaytsevo village in the north of Gorlovka by mortars. At that time there were approximately a hundred civilian vehicles and a large number of people on foot. Only good luck helped avoid casualties.
Yasinovataya, Petrovsky district of the capital and Aleksandrovka village were shelled. According to DPR Defense Ministry, explosion of a grenade launcher projectile killed a serviceman of the Republic in Trudovskie village.
Dokuchaevsk and Kominternovo, Leninskoye and Sakhanka villages were shelled as well.
