Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) recon intercepted the information about crimes and incidents involving servicemen of the Ukrainian army during January-July 2016. The data was released during a briefing in the press center of Donetsk News Agency on August 22nd.
A total of 1065 incidents were reported, of which one third is described as flagrant. According to DPR Operations Command, information was obtained from reports of duty officers of the Ukrainian Military Law-Enforcement Service Headquarters sent to Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak.
