Armed forces and State services of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) are in a state of full readiness due to the increased number of provocative shellings of the residential areas and infrastructure of the Republic and provocations on the Ukrainian-Russia
Last night, the Ukrainian army fired 174 artillery shells at the front-line territories of Donetsk People’s Republic. Zaytsevo village in the north of Gorlovka, Mineralnoye village, industrial area of Avdeevka town, Yasinovataya town, former Donetsk Airport, Spartak, Veseloye, Aleksandrovka and Trudovskiye villages on the outskirts of Donetsk, Elenovka village and Dokuchaevsk town, Kominternovo and Leninskoye villages in the south of the Republic were shelled.

The Ukrainian punitive forces shelled a corrective colony near Makeevka for half an hour. No victims among prisoners and officers of the colony were reported.
In the north of Gorlovka town, the Ukrainian army shelled a maintenance crew, which was working on the restoration of power supply in Zaytsevo and Golmovsky villages. The staff was not injured, but the reconstruction works had to be stopped. Both villages are still without electricity.
For the second day, the enemy shelled Dokuchaevsk water supply plants, which are located close to the contact line. This night, the air intake equipment of the plants was damaged. Destruction of the water supply plants can lead to an outbreak of infectious diseases and contamination of soil.
DPR Recon registered new violations of the Minsk Agreements regarding the withdrawing of heavy artillery. The redeployment of 11 tanks, 8 infantry fighting vehicles, 6 multiple launch rocket systems ‘Grad’, two howitzers, and a large number of personnel of the Ukrainian army was spotted near Novgorodskoye and Novoselovka villages on the Gorlovka direction, Valerianovka village on the Donetsk direction, and Granitnoye village on the Mariupol direction.
According to the recent information, during August 10th, Ukrainian punitive forces fired 276 shells, of which 238 were fired by artillery and mortars, at the DPR territory. Zaytsevo village near Gorlovka town, Mineralnoye village and Yasinovataya town, Spartak, Veseloye, Aleksandrovka, and Trudovskiye villages on the outskirts of Donetsk, Elenovka village, Dokuchaevsk town and Styla village to the of the capital, Kominternovo, Leninskoye and Sakhanka villages in the south of the Republic were shelled.
