Student speaking. Today Sophia from Yasinovataya, Donetsk People’s Republic, who can’t walk normally due to tendon illness, travels to Taganrog, Russia, for an operation. Texas and I paid a visit to her yesterday in the evening to wish her good luck. Sophia and her parents met us with joy, and we had dinner and tea together.
For about two weeks after the operation Sophia will not be allowed to stand on her feet. But we all expect this to be beneficial and that this will allow the girl to walk, run, ride a bicycle. Sophia also really wants to swim in a pool.
This aid to Sophia became possible thanks to you. The road, operation and medicine were paid for by the money you transferred to the account of the unit. Thank you to everyone who refused to stay indifferent! We wish Sophia to have a successful operation!
