As noted, the agency signed the so-called Schriftleitergesetz (“Editor’s law”), according to which it could not publish any material “intended to weaken the power of the Reich in Germany and abroad”.

A total of 30 houses were damaged by the shelling in Zaytsevo, 3 of them burned to the ground, 2 are destroyed by direct hits. One civilian is reported injured. Three villages lost access to electricity supply as a result of the night shelling of Telmanovo district, the enemy was aiming at the power lines.
