Militants of punitive nationalist battalions mine the country roads near the villages and towns of Donbass, the spokesman of DPR Defense Ministry told Donetsk News Agency February 13th.
It is stated in the report that the placement of explosive devices was spotted on the country roads near the township Luganskoe, which is 7.5 km away from the front line. DPR intelligence reports that mines are placed by militants of punitive nationalist battalions, which often do not obey Kiev junta and act to destabilize the situation.
The use of antipersonnel mines is a gross violation of the Geneva Convention of 1949.
