The Ukrainian side redeployed 25 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), artillery, armored vehicles and militants to the front during February 10th, Deputy Defense Minister of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Eduard Basurin said during his briefing in the press center of Donetsk News Agency on February 11th.
“DPR military intelligence continues to register the redeployment of Ukrainian army military equipment banned by Minsk agreements to the contact line,” – said the representative of the Defense Ministry.
According to Eduard Basurin, the redeployment of 15 artillery guns and 1 MLRS prohibited by “Minsk II Agreements”, 4 armored vehicles and 5 trucks with militants is observed on the Donetsk and Mariupol directions.
According to the Package of Measures for the Implementing of the Minsk agreements, which was signed by the Contact Group on 2015 February 12th, the artillery of caliber over 100 mm should be withdrawn from one another by 50 km, MLRS by 70 km, MLRS “Tornado”, “Uragan”, “Smerch”, and tactical ballistic missiles “Tochka-U” by 140 km. In accordance with the September supplement to the package of measures, the parties were to withdraw the artillery of caliber up to 100 mm, as well as tanks and mortars.
