DPR Protection of Human Rights Office filed more than 700 claims of human rights violations to the European Court of Human Rights. According to Dmitry Popov, DPR Ombudsman Chief of Administration, the complaints were sent to the International Court.
According to Popov, the complaints mostly deal with destruction and mutilation.
