“OSCE monitors have been notified that northern Gorlovka outskirt was shelled in the evening on December 4, as a result a woman died,” Donetsk People’s Republic Defense Ministry said.
According to DPR Defense Ministry, Special Monitoring Mission workers will visit the site of the shelling today in order to register the ceasefire violation. Joint Center for Ceasefire Control and Coordination will inspect the site with them.
The incident happened between Zaytsevo and Zhovanka villages.
