Ukraine builds-up military unit groupings on the borders with Crimea and Transnistria, Pyotr Poroshenko told during his address to the military.
“We have built-up powerful groupings on the direction of Crimea and the unrecognized Transnistria,” he claimed.
The President has also said that the military budget of the country for 2016 was increased to 5% of GDP.
