OSCE SMM media center representative has reported that they have noticed discrepancies in the serial numbers of Kiev junta’s withdrawn weapons.
“In connection with the package of measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, the SMM has visited weapons storage sites of Ukraine Armed Forces. SMM observers have noticed the same discrepancies between the serial numbers of presented weapons and in inventory lists, just as a number of times before,” the representative of media center said.
