US Senator Chris Murphy stated that the USA has to help Ukraine evade paying $3 billion debt to Russia. Ukraine has received the money in December 2013, when Yanukovich was the President of Ukraine.
“I don’t think that Ukraine must pay anything back to Russia,” said Senator Murphy, the Foreign Relations Committee member.
