A fire broke out in a gas-distributing plant in Novoazovsk region of DPR after a shell hit the facility, cutting gas supply of nearly 1.5 thousand households in seven villages, DPR emergency service inform.
The area near Krasnoarmeyskoye village came under shelling causing fire that destroyed a gas-distributing plant and damaged low and medium pressure pipelines.
“We will do our best to restore the gas supply in the villages as soon as possible”, said the head of Novoazovsk region administration Oleg Morgun.
