Ukrainian media are reporting that a massive explosion near Rovno Region Prosecutor’s Office building (Western Ukraine – ed.) rocked the city last night.
Regional media report:
The building of the Prosecutor’s Office, the windows and the pavement are damaged. The emergency services have said that they have received the message regarding the explosion. A criminal investigation was initiated, the explosion was defined as a terrorist act.
According to the local police, there were no human casualties.
Another explosive device went off in Zaporozhye this night.
