Verkhovnaya Rada (Ukrainian Parliament – ed.) MPs propose to initiate a reconsideration of the authority decentralization amendment to the Constitution which caused Ukrainian Nazi activists and party members protesting against the adoption of the amendment to clash with police near the Rada on August 31. The clashes left over 100 people injured and several dead.
