The head of the Ukrainian junta Pyotr Poroshenko has declared that Kiev will carry out a constitutional reform in the country, but there will be no federalization or special status for a certain territory.
No federalization, no statuses. This is exactly what we will be voting for in the Parliament on Monday. This is how we will protect the unitary status of Ukraine. We will carry out a constitutional reform. We must protect Ukraine with this voting.
