The Investigative Committee of Russian Federation has published the “White Book of Crimes” committed on the territory of DPR and LPR, as well as Southeast of Ukraine by the Kiev junta, says IC RF official representative Vladimir Markin.
According to Markin, the book’s purpose is
to call the attention of the international community and the international human rights organizations to the outrageous facts of violence against the civil population […], to call the international community to participate more actively in the peaceful settlement of the conflict.
