Kurginyan: Authorities will have to discuss vaccination errors in legal terms

19.10.2021, Moscow.

Sooner or later, the authorities will have to discuss the consequences of vaccination in terms of civil and possibly criminal liability, said philosopher, political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan in an article called “There is a flaw, it’s in the vaccine” published on October 8 in the Essence of Time newspaper.

“Sooner or later, massive amounts of data will be analyzed and – believe me – it will be a very bad situation, to put it mildly”, says Sergey Kurginyan.

The Russian medical establishment, “which chose to act as a particularly zealous neophyte,” will have to be held responsible for the situation it created, notes the political scientist.

At the same time, he noted that the political authorities themselves does not act as a zealous vaccinator, while in the West, the outreach measures to vaccinate people are much more stricter than in Russia.

The Russian President himself, the Chairman of the Federation Council, both say that certain excesses are unacceptable such as firing those people who refuse to vaccinate, or allowing only those students who were vaccinated to return to normal, non-remote education.

It should not be this way, say high ranking officials,” explains Sergey Kurginyan.

In the meantime, he notes that in the regions, the highest political authorities themselves react to the violation of the mentioned principles during the vaccination in a “strange way with non-binding condemnations: well, there you go again, what have you done!”

If such conversations are acceptable to ordinary citizens, to the government officials – they are not, explains the political scientist. The authorities must talk about violations of such principles in legal terms.

“At least in terms of administrative sanctions; and quite possibly, criminal ones. After all, sooner or later, you will have to start talking in these terms. So is it worth dragging it out?”,  asks Sergey Kurginyan.

It also may turn out that the officials are in fact following the instructions coming not from the Russian state, but from beyond the Russian border, notes the political scientist. In the meantime, such officials act quite out of control.

Moreover, such behavior on the part of our medical establishment combines something seemingly incompatible. Evidently, there is a disdain for our own medical research carried out by specialists who are not part of the so-called “elite circle”, and an admiration for a certain global medical establishment, and a disdainful attitude even towards those Western authorities who, it would seem, should have been perceived by our neophyte Westernists like Olympic gods, ” explains the expert.
