The US can be compared to an immortal werewolf said political scientist, leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on February 12 in the Politkukhnya program on the Donetsk TK Union channel.
According to Kurginyan, the US is now an empire in decay, similar to the Roman Empire during the era of the last emperors. However, the country is still afloat and clinging to power, and it will continue to keep doing so in an increasingly harsh manner as its internal weakening and decay will also continue.
The US is now the leader in the global mainstream, and no one has challenged it throughout the entire post-Soviet period, noted the political scientist. Radical Islam, which seemed to had acted as its opponent, does not count, for it is archaic.
“The US is invincible mainly because of its concept, its strategy. This will continue until a criticism of this mainstream and an alternative historic path for development emerge. The current mainstream belongs to the US. The US is running the show”, explains Kurginyan.
According to the expert, it is difficult to compete with the US within this mainstream, since the US have more aircraft carriers, and moreover, issues the global currency.
Even if China bypasses the US economically and “strengthens its military muscles“, which are still weaker than those of the US, it will still not be enough, said Kurginyan.
“No one encroaches on its strategic competence, on the fact that this is the beacon or vanguard to humanity. The US will be invincible until such position is not shattered, and a larger part of humanity accepts an alternative position; you see – that is the silver bullet against this werewolf,” explained the leader of the Essence of Time.
