The terrorist attack on one of the commanders of the People’s Militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) took place in Gorlovka on the morning of February 15, as Telegram channel of the DPR People’s Militia representative Daniil Bezsonov informed.
“An improvised explosive device set on the bottom floorpan of the car of the battalion commander with the call sign ‘Dliny,’ who was driving his daughter to school at that time, went off. The commander and his daughter are currently in hospital,” Bezsonov wrote.
The Donetsk News Agency specifies that the victim is the commander of the 1st Battalion of the DPR People’s Militia.
In parallel, the press service of the Kiev headquarters of the united forces operation reported the deaths of three servicemen in Donbass “as a result of an explosion on an unknown explosive device” on February 15.
