China follows lead of the West, but it will never win following this path, political scientist and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on September 5 on the Right to Know program on TV Center channel.
Sergey Kurginyan noted that over the last thirty years China has been saying only one thing, “The US gives us the opportunity to follow its lead – we will follow, and we will take first place.”
“The rest of China, which says otherwise, is suppressed,” the political scientist stated.
“Maoist China continues to exist, but it is suppressed,” Kurginyan explained.
“This kind of China is now at the beginning of a long-term crisis. Because suddenly it turns out that the US has abruptly – and this is the geopolitical meaning of the coronavirus – moved from ‘Our favorite, wonderful China,’ to ‘the Criminal Communist Party!’ and everything else. They are preparing it for the slaughter,” Kurginyan stressed.
“Whether the Chinese will propose a new paradigm, an alternative course in these circumstances, or they will go further down the same path as before – this question is open. But since China is anti-historical in its roots – in the sacral core as representatives of our postmodernism like to say (it is a Taoist core – everything is cyclical there), it is harder for it to propose a new paradigm than for Russia,” the leader of the Essence of Time movement believes.
“And within the existing paradigm, it [China – Rossa Primavera News Agency editorial note] will do many things. It has created an autonomous Internet, and we haven’t. Why haven’t we done it? China created it. It will do many good things on this path, but it is a path to a dead end. It won’t win in this trend. The last resort to be used is war,” the political scientist concluded.
