Syrian Air force destroyed Islamists’ positions in Raqqa and Aleppo provinces

Syrian Air Force made a series of airstrikes attacking positions of armed militants in Raqqa and Aleppo provinces today, on June 14, SANA news agency reports.

According to agency’s data, the airstrike hit the positions of ISIL (organization banned in Russia) in the west of Raqqa province and in the east of Aleppo province. Manpower and military convoys of Islamists were destroyed in these regions as a result of the air attacks.

Syrian Army with the help of Russian Aerospace Forces (ASF) is advancing on the ISIL (organization banned in Russia) positions in Syria. Earlier reports state that on  June 10 government forces reached Iraq borders near the village of At-Tanf.
