The decision to allow Kiev to strike deep into Russian territory with Western long-range weapons signifies that the West has entered a phase of “madness and vengeance,” stated Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro on November 17 during a broadcast on VTV.
This comment from the Venezuelan leader was in response to the decision by the USA, France, and the UK to permit Ukraine to launch attacks on Russian territory using their missiles.
Maduro highlighted that Washington, London, and Paris have authorized the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky to use their long-range missiles to attack “our sister Russia.”
“I tell you, this is a decisive moment. I can say that they have entered a phase of US imperialism’s madness, a phase of vengeance,” emphasized the Venezuelan leader.
On November 17, The New York Post wrote, citing its sources, that US President Joe Biden had, for the first time, sanctioned the use of ATACMS long-range missiles by Ukraine against Russian territory.
Later, the French newspaper Le Figaro wrote that Paris and London had also granted Kiev permission to strike deep into Russian territory using SCALP and Storm Shadow missiles. This information was later removed.
