19.10.2024, Damascus.

In the past 24 hours, over 5,700 people were forced to leave Lebanon and come to Syria, Captain 1st Rank Oleg Ignasyuk, deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in the Syrian Arab Republic, said on October 19.

According to him, the majority of refugees passed through five main checkpoints.
