Russian troops hit several dozen units of Ukrainian military equipment at the Zaporozhstal plant with a missile strike, said Vladimir Rogov, co-chairman of the coordination council for the integration of new regions, RIA Novosti reported on September 25.

Our troops hit enemy equipment and ammunition in the boiler shop of the Zaporozhstal plant, which belongs to Ukrainian oligarch Rinat Akhmetov,” Rogov said.

He emphasized that numerous repeated explosions were heard after the strike.

Rogov noted that Western military equipment, including tanks, self-propelled artillery systems and multiple rocket launchers, was concentrated in the workshop. At the same time, the strike itself was carried out at the moment of unloading a large echelon with military equipment, he emphasized.

Zaporozhstal is located in the city of Zaporozhye, which remains occupied by the Ukrainian troops.
