Russian Foreign Ministry recommends that the US “keep its nose out” of Russia’s cooperation with Iran

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov recommended the United States to “keep its nose out” of military-technical cooperation between Russia and Iran during the seventh BRICS Media Summit on September 14.

The diplomat recalled that the cooperation between the two countries is time-tested, and there are no elements in it that contradict international obligations or threaten the security of other countries in any way.

Ryabkov noted the deep cooperation between Russia and Iran in various spheres of politics, economy and transportation.

There is also military-technical cooperation. No one denies it. But it is not the US’ business to meddle, to poke its nose into other people’s issues. They should deal with their own problems,” he said.
