Ukraine has repeatedly attempted to commit acts of nuclear terrorism, stated Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu on November 7 during the 12 meeting of Security Council Secretaries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Shoigu noted that Ukraine, in its aggression Kursk Region, aimed to seize the Kursk nuclear power plant. Additionally, the Ukrainian armed units continue to conduct regular strikes on the Zaporizhzhia plant and associated critical infrastructure.
“What else can this be but an attempt to commit acts of nuclear terrorism?” Shoigu declared.
On November 5, General Lieutenant Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Russian NBC Protection Troops, said that one of the primary objectives of the Kiev regime’s invasion of Kursk Region was to capture the Kursk nuclear power plant. The operation was to involve 20,000 troops using 27 tanks, 50 armored vehicles, and other equipment and weaponry.
