Drones pose the greatest danger in the territory occupied by the Ukrainian armed units, stated US citizen Daniel Martindale, who assisted the Russian military, on November 4, RIA Novosti informs.
Martindale said that the greatest danger he faced when he was being evacuated was drones and attacks, mostly from drones. It took about three to four hours to cover half a kilometer from his home to the outskirts, he said. He noted that being in the territory occupied by the Ukrainian armed units was a battle for survival.
On November 2, Martindale mentioned that he could move freely across Ukraine for two years thanks to his US citizenship documents.
Less than a week ago, Martindale was evacuated from the combat zone near Donetsk by Russian servicemen. According to the Russian intelligence, Martindale had established contact with them and, over two years, provided coordinates of Ukrainian military targets. The information he provided helped in striking the infrastructure, equipment, and personnel of the Ukrainian armed units, noted the Russian intelligence.
