Frontline priest reveals human sacrifices by Ukrainian Nazis

Ukrainian nationalist battalions systematically performed human sacrifices as a part of neo-pagan rituals, said Associate Professor of the Orthodox St. Tikhon’s University for the Humanities (PSTGU), Archpriest Aleksandr Timofeev, on November 3, as reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the priest, there is ample evidence that Ukrainian neo-Nazis are conducting human sacrifices, including in Kursk Region. He explained that these war crimes have clear pagan origins.

“Look at Azov (organization banned in Russia), Aidar (organization banned in Russia), and other neo-pagan Ukrainian battalions. Look at the misery they have brought both to their people in their territories and to our occupied areas. There are documented cases, one hundred percent confirmed, of people being sacrificed, tortured, and mistreated as prisoners,” said Archpriest Timofeev.

Furthermore, he noted that Slavic neo-paganism poses a danger and a real problem for Russian military personnel as well. In those Russian units where commanders are fascinated by such cults, moral decay sets in, the priest explained.

“I regularly visit those areas. I am concerned about the spread of Slavic neo-paganism under the guise of traditional ancient Russian beliefs,” emphasized the archpriest. He stated that he often finds understanding among officers who themselves ask him to speak with soldiers interested in neo-pagan ideas.
