The Russian Armed Forces carried out 44 group strikes in Ukraine, among the affected targets was the control center for unmanned systems of the Ukrainian Military General Staff, the Russian Defense Ministry said on November 1.
The group strikes on Ukraine were carried out from October 26 to November 1, using precision weapons and strike UAVs. Among the hit targets were energy facilities involved in the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, military airfields and railroads involved in the transfer of Western weapons.
Also there were hit the control center of the unmanned system of the Ukrainian Military General Staff in Kiev, production workshops of strike UAVs and their warehouses, ammunition depots, fuel storage facilities and deployment points of Ukrainian troops.
On October 29, a Ukrainian UAV attacked the Russian University of Special Forces (RUS) in Gudermes. On October 30, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov announced a retaliatory strike on the center at the Ukrainian Military General Staff in Kiev, from where the drone was controlled the day before. According to him (based on radio intercepts), the Russian attack killed 9 Ukrainian soldiers and wounded 17 others.
