Military cooperation between Russia and China is an important element in supporting global and regional stability, said Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov on October 15 during the Russian delegation’s official visit to Beijing.
Belousov made his statement during talks with his Chinese counterpart Admiral Dong Jun in Beijing.
“I am confident that today’s talks will serve to further strengthen the Russian-Chinese strategic partnership in the defense sphere,” Belousov said.
The official talks with the Russian delegation headed by Defense Minister Belousov began in China on October 14 at the building of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China. The delegation was welcomed by Chinese Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun with the Honor Guard Company and the orchestra.
