Iran has some kind of secret weapon more powerful than nuclear weapons, said former secretary of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Development and Armaments Commission Brigadier General Ebrahim Rostami, Iran Front Page reported on October 16.
“We have weapons that are far superior to nuclear weapons,” the general stated. He specified that it is kept secret due to the fact that information about it is encrypted.
Rostami pointed to several operations in the past when oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman and the port of Fujairah in the UAE were targeted. He also referred to incidents involving Japanese tankers during the Japanese Prime Minister’s visit to Iran.
The general recalled that when US President Donald Trump threatened to collapse Iran’s oil exports to zero, several operations took place. Tankers exploded, with no one being able to say where the strike came from.
Rostami recalled that a lawsuit was filed at the UN over these situations. Oman blamed Iran but could not prove anything. At the same time, he emphasized that it was not yet time to reveal details about the new weaponry.
