Production of unmanned systems in 2024 is projected to increase tenfold, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on September 19 at a meeting of the Russian Military-Industrial Commission.
The Russian leader noted that about 140 thousand various unmanned systems were supplied to the Russian Armed Forces in 2023.
“This year, the production of drones is projected to increase several times, to be more precise – almost 10 times,” he added.
Previously, the Russian President emphasized that the effective use of multi-purpose unmanned systems on the frontline has been confirmed during the special military operation in Ukraine.
