The strike on Israel with a hypersonic missile by Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement is a warning to Tel Aviv to withdraw from the Gaza Strip, Iranian political analyst Ruhollah Modabber said, RIA Novosti reported on September 15.
According to Modabber, the use of hypersonic weapons is a signal to the US and Britain that they have stopped “creating tensions and crises” in the Middle East region, as well as “convincing Israel to withdraw from Gaza.”
Also, the expert pointed out, in this way the Houthis want to convince Western countries and Israel to abandon strikes on South Lebanon and force Tel Aviv “to a complete truce.”
According to the expert, the missile strike is “an unambiguous message to Israel, the United States, France and Britain.”
On September 15, a strike on a military facility in Jaffa was carried out with hypersonic weapons by Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement.
The Israeli military reported the fall of a surface-to-surface missile near the city of Modi’in, launched from Yemen.
