Russian Armed Forces liberate Borki in Sujansky District

The liberation of the settlement of Borki in the southwest of Sujan district, Kursk Region, from Ukrainian armed forces was reported by Russian servicemen of the Arbat and Sarmat special units in videos published by the Telegram channel WarGonzo and Operation Ζ on September 15.

There has been no confirmation of the information from the Russian Defense Ministry yet.

Among the units that took part in the liberation, the speakers named fighters from the Pyatnashka International Brigade, the Arbat and Sarmat special units, the 382 Marine Battalion of the 810 Brigade

The village of Borki is 4.5 kilometers away from Ukraine’s border with Russia. The first reports of a counteroffensive in this direction appeared on September 10.

A report by the Rossa Primavera news agency on September 7 informed about the disruption of Ukrainian attacks near Boroki, Komarovka and Maryevka, citing an official Defense Ministry report.
