Ukrainian militant group in Kursk region losses 300 people in one day

Ukrainian sabotage groups which invaded the Kursk region have lost about 300 people during combat over the past day, the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry reported on its Telegram channel on September 12.

“Ukrainian militants lost more than 300 fighters and 24 armored vehicles over the past day,” the Defense Ministry noted.

Five tanks and six armored personnel carriers were among the destroyed equipment, Russian military officials specified. Additionally, the Ukrainian nationalists lost 13 armored vehicles, military engineering vehicles, and two electronic warfare stations.

Russian forces launched an attack on the western flank of enemy’s foothold in the Kursk region several days ago. Near the village of Korenevo, the Ukrainian units were driven out of the previously captured territories.
